Welcome to Bangladesh

Welcome to Bangladesh Embassy in Thimphu

Embassy of the People's Republic of Bangladesh in the Kingdom of Bhutan was opened in January 1980. Since then, our primary responsibility is to further the great relations between the two friendly neighbours and to foster cooperation in all possible areas towards the benefit of the two peoples.

As both our countries are poised to graduate from low income to middle income economies, we provide special support to businessmen from both sides. Consular services, including passport and visa services, are among our priorities.
